Hardware Faults: Issues with any integrated components, such as embedded magnets coming loose. What is NOT Covered: Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or surface smoothing from daily pocket or bag use. Heat Damage / Warping: PLA plastic can soften if exposed to extreme heat. Warping caused by leaving the product in a hot vehicle, direct summer sunlight, or near open flames is not covered. Accidental Damage: Drops, crushing, stepping on the item, or modifying the print yourself.
