All Kush Kitteh original organizer stands and desktop docks are backed by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. What is Covered: Manufacturing Defects: Structural failure of the 3D print, layer separation (delamination), or improper fitment for your specified device due to a printing error. What is NOT Covered: Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or surface smoothing from daily desktop use or handling. Heat Damage / Warping: PLA plastic can soften if exposed to extreme temperatures. Warping caused by leaving the stand in a hot vehicle or direct, intense summer sunlight near windows is not covered. Accidental Damage: Drops from desks, heavy crushing, or modifying the 3D print yourself. How to Submit a Claim: If your storage stand experiences a structural failure within 90 days, please email us with your order number and 1 to 2 clear photos of the issue. If it is a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge, with no return shipping required!
