All Kush Kitteh original inserts and custom molded storage cases are backed by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. What is Covered: Manufacturing Defects: Structural failure of the 3D print, layer separation (delamination), or improper fitment for your Sneak A Toke brand tool due to a printing error. Hardware Faults: Issues with any custom molded compartments or alignment pieces failing. What is NOT Covered: Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or surface smoothing from daily pocket, bag, or travel use. Heat Damage / Warping: PLA plastic can soften if exposed to extreme temperatures. Warping caused by leaving the case in a hot vehicle, direct summer sunlight, or near high-heat sources is not covered. Accidental Damage: Drops, crushing, stepping on the item, or modifying the 3D print yourself. Third-Party Accessories: We do not offer a warranty on third-party hardware or external tools not manufactured by Kush Kitteh, though we guarantee our cases fit them perfectly.
