We take pride in the quality and precision engineering of our 3D-printed gear. All Kush Kitteh original inserts and custom molded storage cases are backed by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
### What is Covered:
* Manufacturing Defects: Structural failure of the 3D print, layer separation (delamination), or improper fitment for your Vessel Cone brand one-hitter due to a printing error.
* Hardware Faults: Issues with any custom molded compartments or alignment pieces failing.
### What is NOT Covered:
* Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or surface smoothing from daily pocket, bag, or travel use.
* Heat Damage / Warping: PLA plastic can soften if exposed to extreme temperatures. Warping caused by leaving the case in a hot vehicle, direct summer sunlight, or near high-heat sources is not covered.
* Accidental Damage: Drops, crushing, stepping on the item, or modifying the 3D print yourself.
* Third-Party Accessories: We do not offer a warranty on actual Vessel brand pipes or external hardware not manufactured by Kush Kitteh, though we guarantee our cases fit them perfectly.
### How to Submit a Claim:
If your storage case experiences a structural failure within 90 days, please email us with your order number and 1–2 clear photos of the issue. If it’s a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge—no return shipping required!
