All Kush Kitteh original organizer docks and desktop stands are backed by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. ### What is Covered: * Manufacturing Defects: Structural failure of the 3D print, layer separation (delamination), or improper fitment for your specified device and charger cable due to a printing error. ### What is NOT Covered: * Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or surface smoothing from daily desktop use or handling. * Heat Damage / Warping: PLA plastic can soften if exposed to extreme temperatures. Warping caused by leaving the dock in a hot vehicle or direct, intense summer sunlight near windows is not covered. * Accidental Damage: Drops from desks, heavy crushing, or modifying the 3D print yourself. ### How to Submit a Claim: If your desktop dock experiences a structural failure within 90 days, please email us with your order number and 1–2 clear photos of the issue. If it’s a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge—no return shipping required!
