We stand behind the quality and precision of our 3D-printed gear! All original Kush Kitteh products include a 90-day limited warranty starting on the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing Defects: Structural failures, layer separation (delamination), or improper fit due to printing errors.
Component Failures: Defects or alignment issues with custom-molded compartments.
What’s Not Covered
Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear from daily pocket, bag, or travel use.
Heat Damage & Warping: PLA plastic softens in extreme heat. Damage from hot vehicles, direct sunlight, or high-heat sources is not covered.
Accidental Damage & Modifications: Drops, crushing, accidental impact, or self-modifications.
Third-Party Items: Metal outer tins and plastic candy tubes are not covered, though we guarantee our custom inserts fit them properly.
How to Submit a Claim
If your product fails within 90 days, email us your order number along with 1–2 clear photos of the issue. If it’s a verified manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement—no return shipping required!
